Meet requirements for parts 383 and 391 of the FMCSR
Driver Qualification Files must be maintained for the following whether you are an employer or an owner/operator;
- Anyone who operates a commercial motor vehicle that crosses state lines
- Anyone who operates a commercial vehicle that requires a CDL
- When the product crosses state lines
- Where the state in which the vehicle is being operated requires the driver to do so.
- You are required to make those DQFs available in the event of an audit, accident, or investigation by a state or federal agency.
